This guarantee is intended to compare fundraisers in an 'apples-to-apples' fashion in the areas of program offering, types of products, prizes, incentives, implementation timing and any other item having significant impact on the amount of money raised for the fundraiser. Minimum $5,000 in retail fundraising sales to qualify. The exact number of student/participants enrolled may fluctuate from semester to semester; therefore, Believe Kids will use a formula based on an average sales per student to determine qualification. Fundraising Group cannot have worked with Believe Kids in any capacity, other than a year-round online spirit gear store, for a term of 2.5 years prior to fundraiser end date. Group's fundraiser must kick-off within 4 weeks of school semester start date. Believe Kids must receive fundraiser order forms within 8 weeks of semester start date. Group must implement a Believe Kids' product prize program, daily incentive program, teacher incentive program, administration sponsored e-mail campaign to parent/student body or group e-mail database and make 'every effort' to conduct fundraiser in a manner at equal to or greater than prior fundraiser. If qualified for 5% invoice discount guarantee, group must provide the company supplied invoice and report of comparable fundraiser implemented in the same school semester one year previous. Believe Kids reserves the right to verify but is not limited to invoice, fundraiser timing, profit % and all associated incentives that may have had a significant impact on the previously implemented competitor fundraiser. 5% invoice discount claim must be submitted to Believe Kids within 30 days of product delivery/report receipt.
