How do I get started?
First contact yor Believe Kids Representative to set up your Spirit Gear Drive, then choose the dates you want to run your spirit gear drive. (Helpful Tip! Coordinating your drive with a school event where parents will see the samples will maximize your selling ability!)
Upload your school or groups logo to www.SpiritGearDirect.com or choose from one of that many images we have available. (If you need a logo designed for your school or group, or specialized graphics design team can do just that! Contact your Spirit Gear Direct representative for more information.) Then choose your school/group colors and our team will prepare a full-color flyer customized for your school/group which includes:
- 6 of our top selling items to maximize your profit.
- The date for students to return their forms.
- Who to make checks payable to.
- Profit percentage to the school/group.
You will receive your flyers to send home with students and e-mail templates to help promote your drive.
What is my percentage?
You will get up to 20% of each purchase made from your school's store. You may also increase or decrease the retail pricing on your sale to affect profits accordingly.
How will I receive the profits?
You will take the gross recipts, multiply by your profit percentage (this is the amount you keep) and send Believe that remaining balance.
What are my responsibilities?
Sign up for a Spirit Gear Drive through your Believe Representative, utilize the promotional tools your Believe Representative gives to you to increase participation in your drive. Distribute the customized flyers to every student in your school or group and then collect each student's order and money on your turn-in date. Tally your totals using the 'Spirit Gear Order Submission Worksheet' then send in your orders and payment for the monies due to Believe. Send one payment using the supplied UPS envelope and return label (do not send all individual payments). Distribute your Spirit Gear when it is delivered back to your school in 4-6 weeks, boxes will be labeled by student and classroom for easy distribution!
