"I just wanted to recognize Brianna as an extraordinary employee. She went above and beyond her job duties. The photo I submitted for printing onto canvas was a 20 yr old photo that I copied off of facebook. The photo is of a couple that are friends of mine. He died last year and the photo is his wife’s favorite photo of them together. Brianna called me to inform me that the quality of the photo was too poor and unless we had the original, we would not be able to use the photo. So we were unable to get the original and I submitted a photo to replace it. I received a call from Brianna informing me she had sent the original photo I sent in to the tech department and they made some changes to the photo to improve the quality. She emailed it to me for approval. I was stunned at the beautiful changes that they had done. I was so touched that they went the extra mile to do this that it brought me to tears. I know when my friend opens this on Christmas with her 2 daughters she will be moved. In business you only hear the negative but I wanted management to know that what was done by Brianna and the tech team is something out of this world. They will make this family extremely thankful that someone went the extra mile. I can’t say enough to recognize their efforts."
